InTouchLab researcher José Carlos Neves was an invited speaker in the event "Young People and Consumption" ("Os Jovens e o Consumo") organised by Direção-Geral do Consumidor (DGC), on the 25th of November

DGC is the Portuguese state body with the mission of contributing to the development, definition and implementation of consumer protection policy with the aim of ensuring a high level of protection.

During the event, José Carlos Neves mainly presented insights from different InTouch Lab research to frame his talk "The Design of Online Games – Challenges and potential for promoting inclusion".
